Precaution: |

Due
to the nature of these practices, there are some precautions. The following are not eligible to participate at this
time: |
Women
who are currently pregnant (except for Upa Yoga) |

Anyone
who has had a major open surgery in the last 6 months |
|
Anyone
who has had a laparoscopic surgery in the last 6 weeks |
|
As
a general note, always consult and follow your doctor's advice. |

Requirements |
|
Participants
should wear comfortable (loose) clothing. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Please ensure you finish any heavy meal at least 4 hours before
the class, snack 2.5 hours before, and beverage (except water) at least 1.5
hours before the session as the practices need to be done on an empty stomach
condition. |
|
|
The classes
do not require any particular physical flexibility or previous experience of
yoga. |

me (a) arising from or in respect of my participation in any class or other
activity arranged by or on behalf of the instructor, whether or not the
injury is caused by the instructor or any other person participating in the
class or activity wherever the class or activity is held or while practicing
anything presented therein; (b) whether or not the damage, personal injury or
illness arises from the negligence or breach of any statutory duty of the
instructor or any other member of the class or activity |

Cancellation Policy |
|
|
A 20% of the
fee will be deducted for cancellations. |
|
No
programme refunds beyond 2 days prior to the program, but on teacher's
discretion may be transferred to the next program. |
|
Our
class capacity is limited, thus if a cancellation is necessary, please inform
us as early as possible so that we can offer this opportunity to someone on
our waiting list. |
